Gosh/Weekend in Review
So, yea. Friday was really long and tiring. I had to go to school, then to practice, but without going home. I was gone all freakin' day. School wasn't that great either. Well the classes were fine, it wasn't exciting or something. We did our egg drop project. Falling House of Luck did it's job. 3 outta 4 eggs ain't bad. Later I finally convinced Slosberg to buy a bingo ticket. Yay! Hahaha, I guess he does like me although I do harass him quite a bit. Hmm, well I wouldn't say harass, maybe heckle. Then afterschool we had conditioning in the weight room. But we couldn't start until 3:30. That was fine with me. People were complaining that we should just do running or whatever because standing there waiting was a waste of time. I don't give! Gosh, I like going to the weight room. The stupid under classmen are dumb and never do the full workout! Lazy bums! Gosh! Then all week our coach kept on telling us how there was this important meeting for us to go to after conditioning, blah blah blah. So we go to her room and find out that it's a pizza party. Ooo, given to us by the YMCA, thanking us for adopting those two families. Well, it was really nice. But I had to leave at 4:30 anyway because I had to go to Moreno Valley for practice. Then at practice there's only like half the team there, so that was kind of annoying. But I guess it was good because we haven't done anything for a month because of the rain. Then the drive home was terrible. I was tired so I turned the wrong way twice trying to leave so it took 10 minutes to get to the freeway. Then it took me 30 minutes to get onto the 91. Geez. The interchange between the 60 and 91 is terrible! I was screaming "NOOO!" in my car once I saw it. Seriously. Then when I'm getting off the freeway there's these dumb people aaaghghghgha! Then no one is home because they're all in Irvine celebrating my aunt's birthday. Man. But I got some time to relax. I guess that was good.
Saturday: Had practice. Again. Came home, and again no one was home. It wasn't that bad though. Eh. Parents came back from setting up at bingo. Then left a couple of hours later. Then I went to Sammy's. I was going to call someone to see what they were doing, but I didn't feel like going out, but Sammy called and I thought "what the hell?" so I went. We played some pool. It was a close game. I came back in the end, almost. Then we played some Kareoke Rev. Then Alan and Lang came. Then Adam T came. Started to play some DDR, then Amanda W. came. Ate some barf cookies. I mean peanut butter. I'm just kidding Sammy! I ate them didn't I? Then I came home. Then my dad comes back and gets mad at me. But whatever. I don't care.
Sunday: Was woken up at 5 am because there were games. But we get a phone call, and there's no games because the fields are still messed up. Great. So I go back to bed. Get up at 11. Don't really do anything besides pick up my room. Gosh, then feel bad afterward because I'm not focusing and prioritizing my time. Erg. Then my aunt, uncles, and cousins come over. They're going to go to Ontario Mills with my sister. But then I get invited. Yay. So we went to Miguel's (the real restaurant) for lunch, although I already ate a sandwich. Whatever. It wasn't very good. I've only eat there once before and that was for the team banquet 2 years ago...shows how much I want to go back there...Yea, my sister and I shared a quesadilla. Not very good...So at Ontario Mills I bought 2 CDs, Chris Isaak's "Forever Blue" (which is great! He's so cute...) and the Squrriel Nut Zippers "Perennial Favorites" (haven't listened yet). I really like the SNZippers. They're super good. So yea. That's about it. Haha, my cousin Kevin is so funny. He kept doing the "f you" thing from friends, you know where you hit your two fists together. Haha...So I guess that's all for today.
There's no school tomorrow, yay! But I need to prioritize and do my work. Gosh Boost Mobile guy, I'm trying!
Will wanted me to write about him, so here's a poem:
So Will D. is like a tree,
Stands there, being a jerk*
No not really.
Wow, that was pretty short. There's nothing much else to say, except Chris Isaak is hot, and I like his voice. I should see if his TV show is still on Showtime...
*Reference to tonight's "Simpsons" because Homer says something like "Finally a good use for trees. They always just stand there looking like jerks" Haha...trees looking like jerks...
